Caught Unawares.

Hi there!

Hope you’re keeping safe right? In these times, we really need to be safe and most importantly stay home.

Ready for today’s post? Let’s go…

The virtual space is fast becoming a habitual community. People are connected from all over the world on various online platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat and a lot more.

You’re wondering why news spread faster? Most people are connected on these social network, everyone is aligned, everyone is informed, everyone is building connections.

But let’s consider this, because of the recent times we are in with this pandemic spreading all over the world, even our work places are moving unto these virtual communities. The world is becoming more global.

People don’t want to be insane by the time this ends so eveyone is fighting to stay productive and keep going no matter what. Everyone is trying to adjust to an unusual routine and exploring what they can do best.

We are realising that, there are things that can easily fade away and there are things we should have appreciated more when we had the chance to enjoy it.

None of us saw this coming, it started from one part of the world and now this virus has spread all over, lives have been halted, schedules have been twisted, people are dying. People are scared and are doing everything it takes to stay safe and alive, yet there are others who are being selfish and not showing concern.

We weren’t ready, people are really trying hard to adjust, every country in the world has been hit hard and there’s an enormous show of love that is very commendable.

If only we knew, we could have made plans, if only we knew, we could have played it safer. But we didn’t know, we are here like that and boom! We’ve got to work from home, have online classes, isolate and quarantine, practise social distancing, boost our immune system, wash our hands and all that just to stay safe for ourselves and others.

We were not ready, we have just been caught unawares, did the universe need a break from the human race? We don’t know, we are just here and need to adjust.

We have to look out for each other, meet online and stay safe, praying that this too will pass.

The lesson in this is that, no matter how prepared we are for tomorrow, we will never be ready for anything.

Embrace the moments you have and be grateful for the things you get to enjoy when it’s happening because you might never know when you’ll have to give it all up and adapt to a new way of going about life.

Or when the second coming of the Lord will be and a rapture occurs, will you be ready? Think about it and know how best you’re going to live your life.

Praying for all the health workers involved, we really appreciate you guys a lot.

Praying also for anyone that has been hospitalised and battling survival.

This too shall pass. We are trusting God.
